Ramon needed help. The sister of the frail 19 year-old was desperate. Her brother had just been released from the hospital and was suffering from bone cancer. She explained to the lady on the phone at Fallbrook Health Care Resources that a wheelchair was needed, any wheelchair ASAP, for his small frame while he was in chemo therapy and praying for recovery. Unfortunately, neither Ramon nor his sister could afford medical insurance, had no church affiliation and no expended family. The non-profit organization, Health Care Resources not only able to help by locating a wheel chair, one was found that was perfect for Ramon's small frame and even was motorized. Because Ramon was a young adult and because he was underprivileged, he could easily have fallen through the medical assistance cracks, but Health Care Resources was just the service his family needed.
